Steady as she goes…

Well I guess in the glass is half full category you can chalk this one up to “at least I am not gaining weight.”  This has been a flat week.  I don’t feel like I have done anything different than last week, yet I have lost no weight!  A little frustrating, but hey…at least I know I am eating “right” and I am trying to develop good habits.

What it boils down to is that I need to incorporate more exercise into my routine.  I just need to keep baby steps going in the right direction and I will achieve the two pounds a week loss overall.
